As a super serious photographer you are not supposed to play in photoshop and create super silly filter effects. I’m so ashamed… :-)
This is a street view from downtown Chicago, captured a year ago.

I’m sitting here laughing because first I thought your description was funny and I showed it to John. Then, I pointed out to him that this looks like Chicago on the TV show “ER” with the transit system up high. Then I read the rest of the story…lol

Love the shot and I like it that you took the liberty to have some fun. So, are you gonna post this image without the effects?
I like the effect which has lent a calming effect to what is probably very hectic. super composition. Great fun.
