12-foot Alligator

I’m sitting on my knees just in front of this huge alligator. I was told it was recently fed! The place is called Riverside Reptile and Wildlife Center, located in Stanton, Missouri.
It wasn’t our intention to stop there, but we’re glad we did. We got a personal tour that was awsome!
Just because it just ate doesn’t mean it wouldn’t have enjoyed dessert! lol…and not only that, it may have enjoy smacking you with that tail just for the fun of it. A wonderful capture. Good to see you lived to post it:-)
P.S. No, I didn’t enter, silly. There could have been an alligator in there…lol

Great photo,got my attention but they move quickly even when full. Done that and wear that T-shirt. By the time I pushed the shutter release I got the trees but was looking at the tonsils.
